Serving the Culinary and Hospitality Arts

Our main focus in La Chaîne is to enjoy fine food, fine wines and camaraderie with fellow members, but we also feel a great need to give back to the future of the industry of which we so enjoy the pleasures.  Annually the Naple Chaîne holds a gala to raise money for the Culinary and Hospitality Education Foundation (C.H.E.F.) which is our foundation for culinary and hospitality scholarships to advance student’s education.  We also provide funding for the local high school culinary programs for supplies and participation in regional, state, and national competitions.

Mission: The Culinary and Hospitality Education Foundation of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a tax exempt charitable organization founded and supported by the Bonita and Naples Chapters of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs to serve the culinary and hospitality arts professions by providing scholarships, awards, financial incentives and skills development opportunities to deserving individuals in Southwest Florida who are committed to furthering their education and enhancing their careers.
